Registration will
be definitely accepted only after a written communication sent by Sport
Events indicating the receipt of the balance
With the exception
of a 25% non-refundable fee, refunds will be granted based on the following
guidelines of cancellations:
- all cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Sport Events
Secretary;
- all written cancellations must be received by the Secretary ten days
before of the beginning of the tournament
