Every team has the possibility
to bring one referee TO OFFICIATE THE GAMES.
the referee will lodge free-of-charge
with the Organization
BASKETBALL
TOURNAMENTS
GENERAL RULES
-
At the manifestation can participate all the teams
adhering this invitation, admitted according the categories indicated for
each tournament.
-
Each team can be composed of
players coming from different Clubs.
-
Each team can register on the scoresheet
two players born one year before of the category of the team (for
istance, in the category M96, a team can register two players
born in 1995); this rule is not valid for the categories Mix and
MB.
-
Before every game, managers, coaches and players must
present a valid identification document.
-
Games, IN ALL CATEGORIES, will be played according to
F.I.B.A. rules; each interval will be of one minute and three minutes between the second and third
quarter.
-
If possible, the games will be officiated by two
referees.
-
Women categories will play the games with the ball size
nr.

Mix and MiniBasket categories: ·) Zone-defense is not allowed
·)
Games will be played with a Minibasket ball size # 5 ·) In each of
these two
categories men and women teams are playing in the same group (no
men or women groups) ·)Mixed teams
with boys and girls in the same team are admitted .)Older
players are not admitted.
Every team must be provided with their own balls for
warming up before the game.
In case of a tie between two
teams, the classification
will be prepared according to the score of the game between the two teams.
In case of a tie among three or more
teams, the classification
will be prepared according to these rules:
a) quotient-system
(points scored divided points received) considering only the
games among the interested teams.
b) In case of a tie among three or more teams after this calculation, the classification will be repared according to the quotient-system
(points scored divided points received) related to all the games
of the group.
Example of calculation of the classification among three teams (quotient
system):
Team A - Team B: 76 - 60
Team A - Team C: 58 - 80
Team B - Team C: 65 - 62
Team A: Scored 134 : Received 140 =
Quotient 0,9571
Team B: Scored 125 : Received 138 = Quotient 0,9057

If necessary, organizers could change some of these
rules,
giving timely information to the teams.

children under 8 years of age will receive 30% discount, if they lodge in
the room with their parents; children between 0 and 3 years
of age are free-of-charge.

- gadget of the tournament for every participant

name of the Hotel assigned to the teams, will be communicated at least one week before the
beginning of the tournament.
- All teams and individual players will need to register at the Palasport El Molė
in Lloret de Mar before 12:00 on Thursday April 5th, 2012 (if you will use a
public means of transportation with a different schedule
that will not allow you to arrive on time for the
registration,
please contact the General Secretary for the necessary
agreements).
- All
Hotels are located in the centre of Lloret de Mar.

Upon request, we organize guided tours to Barcelona, to the Dalė Museum in
Figueres, Andorra, Montserrat, boat cruises on the Mediterranean Sea along Costa
Brava and reservations for the main amusement water-parks around Lloret de Mar.

to the airport of Gerona, located 30 km north of Lloret de mar, or to Barcelona, located 60 km.

After March 1, 2012 the City of Montecatini Terme will apply
the city tax.

Hotel cat. 3 stars: 1 euro per person per day
Hotel cat. 4 stars: 1,40 euro per person per day
