RIMINI: June 13th - June 16th, 2024 (Tournament for teams of Referees and Table Officials)

The participation is addressed only to teams composed of players who have the qualification of Basketball Referee or/and Basketball Table Official 
It is possible to form teams with Referees and Table Officials  from different Committees.

Men Open (no age limits)

WOMEN'S 
Women Open (no age limits)

MIX (male and female players admitted in the same teams and women and men teams could compete in the same group)
Mix Open (no age limits)

INDIVIDUAL FARES valid for registrations after Decembre 5^th, 2023
- 195 Euro: registration, participation fee with hotel cat. 3 stars LIMITED PLACES
- Hotel cat. 4 stars Upon request

(*) COACHES AND MANAGERS:
1 person free-of-charge at the established fare for 3-stars hotel or 4-stars hotel, for every 17 persons (including players, friends, relatives) paying the complete fare (the 18th person is free-of-charge) and lodging in the same category of hotel.

PAYMENT CONDITIONS
The payment of the individual fee must be completed as indicated:
600 euro per every team before April 24^th, 2024
Balance before May 14^th, 2024

Registration will be definitely accepted only after a written communication sent by the Secretary indicating the receipt of the balance
With the exception of a 25% non-refundable fee, refunds will be granted based on the following guidelines of cancellations:
- all cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Secretary;
- all written cancellations must be received by the Secretary ten days before of the beginning of the tournament:

CITY TAX (per day & per person - only for older than 16 years of age) to pay directly to your hotel upon your arrival:
- 2,50 Euro in Hotel cat 3 stars
- 4,00 Euro in Hotel cat 4 stars

INDICATED INDIVIDUAL FARES INCLUDE:
Individual registration and participation fee.
Lodging in rooms of three beds (double and single rooms are available at different fares)
Meals, including water, beginning with dinner on Thursday until breakfast on Sunday.
Children between 0 and 2,99 years of age are free-of-charge if they lodge with two adults in the same room
Children from 3 to 7,99 years of age will receive a 20% discount if they lodge with two adults in the same room
Gadget of the tournament for every participant.
Prizes for every team.

NOTES:
All participants need to register at the Palasport Flaminio in Rimini before 14:00 on Thursday; in case your schedule should be different, please inform the Secretary.
All Hotels are located in Rimini.
The name of the hotel will be communicated not later than one week before the beginning of the tournament.
Upon request, Organizers can rent a bus for your transfer from and to airports or train station
